My name is Nichole, owner and founder of Graystone Comfort.

Graystone Comfort is proud to be a woman-owned, family-run company. Across the US, women only makeup 1.5% of all HVAC technicians and installers (U.S. Bureau of Labor). But with decades of experience in the heating and cooling industry, we’re happy to be leading the way and working to serve your family’s needs everyday.

I followed my father’s footsteps into the trades over twenty years ago. I have multiple HVAC-R certifications and licenses and have worked for several HVAC companies over the years, growing and learning from some of the best in the business. After being the Operations Manager for a large Chicago-land HVAC company, I knew I was ready to use my skills and experience to serve the community in an even broader way.

I want to encourage more women, youth, and people of all kinds to build a career in the trades. Interest in the trades is dying out, but there continues to be a huge need for this work and for more stable jobs for folks from all backgrounds, and I want to be part of the solution.

Most importantly, I want every customer to be treated fairly and with integrity. That’s one of the driving motivations of our team day in and day out. Graystone Comfort services all makes and models. We service and install air conditioners, mini splits, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, indoor air quality, water heaters and much more. All of our staff undergoes a background check and random drug testing to assure you can enjoy a peace of mind when Graystone Comfort is on the job. Our technicians are experts in their field and we mandate ongoing continuing education.
